Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return of Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us until the Goods returned are found faulty. You should us contact to receive a returns authorization number (RMA number). You can inform us of your decision by:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. If the return is delayed beyond this time, a fresh RMA request must be made.

Conditions of return postage

  • Goods returned using expedited or special delivery will have a refund cap of £7.00.
  1. Larger items or parcels can be negotiated with customer services.
  • Receipt of postage paid will need to be provided for reimbursing of postage cost.

The following will not be entitled to reimbursement:

  • The return of goods has not been found faulty
  • The return of goods without the RMA number or returns authorization
  • The return of goods that have been damaged accidentally/intentionally or found faulty by misuse

Inspection

We reserve the right to inspect goods before an exchange or refund is completed. Inspections much are completed by one of our technicians who have knowledge and experience with Goods provided. Any external inspection will only be accepted upon an official report and documentation of the inspection, including the organization that provided the service.

  1. Inspections may take up to 5 working days.
  2. Inspections that take longer than 5 days will be made to your knowledge.
  3. Returns are processed in order of arrival and we do not offer an expedited return service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
