If you have purchased this service with your system just give us a call on 02036950315 in order to arrange the appontment for the call, then our technician will call you. (Please note that the appointment must be arranged 24hrs before the appointment.)
If you have got your appointment, our technician will remotely connect to your computer and set up your whole system. You should sit back and relax. We will do the job for you.

For simple advise and assistance our technical support team can provide that over the phone for free, however if we have to remotely access your system we charge £39.99 for this one time service.
Please be aware that the setup service does not form a lifetime support contract and is only for a one time setup. This includes configuring the devices on your network and guiding you through so you can view the cameras on your phone or other devices.
If you reset or restore any network device or any Recorder (DVR,HVR,AHD,NVR) the settings will be lost and our set-up service fee will still be charged.
Please note we do not provide any form of physical installation service nor are we liable for any installation service.
