Under our Refund Policy, you have 14 days of receipt to cancel or return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a sealed condition for a full refund.
Items that are faulty, damaged or described incorrectly can be refunded the original delivery charge, but not when a product is unwanted.
We only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied (No Cutting cables, scratches, markings, wear and tear). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Any evidence that the products are not in the same physical condition, with no reasonable care taken, will result in a non-eligible refund, repair or replacement.
Should your item develop a fault, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs. This is only after the original product has been returned to us, for inspection and verification of the fault. When the fault develops after 30 days but within the 1st year of warranty, please contact us via email or phone and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned. This only once our team has checked and verified the fault.
DO NOT AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OPEN ANY ITEM, RECORDER, CAMERA (SCREWS). DO NOT REMOVE ANY SCREWS FROM ANY OF THE PRODUCTS, OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. PLEASE CONTACT US IN ORDER TO GET THE ITEM BACK FOR AN INSPECTION, WHICH MAY RESULT IN A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
Products that are returned as faulty but have no manufacturing fault or a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded. The misuse of items can also lead to a void of warranty
Under the circumstances that product needed to be returned for any reason, you must keep the original packaging and in the condition, you received the item. Should the original packaging be lost or damaged you must pack the product well with bubble wrap and ensure products are well boxed. If there are multiple items needed to be returned, they need to be bubble wrapped separately. It is to ensure the collision does not occur during delivery. If the returned product/s haven't been returned in sent with the correct packaging conditions. We may not refund the total value paid for the product and will result in a partial refund.
Please note: If you wish to return an item, please contact us in order to be issued with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. This will enable us to process the return or replacement more quickly and efficiently, also avoiding the item being lost when processed.
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods prior to an exchange or refund being completed. Please note that the inspection must be done by one of our technicians and may take up to 5 working days for the inspection and refund to be completed.
When you send an item back to us for any reason, we can only dispatch replacement / upgraded items after receiving and testing of the items sent to us. Which can take up to 5 working days.
We will only refund you up to a maximum of £7.00 for your return postage, proof of postage cost is required. Additional insurance or expedited delivery is at your own cost.

Remote Setup Service
Simple advice and assistance can be provided by our technical support team over the phone for free. However should you need remote access to your system, we charge up to £39.99 for a one-time service. Please be aware that the setup service does not form a lifetime of support and is only for a one-time setup. This includes configuring the devices on your network and guiding you through so you can view the cameras on your phone or other devices.
Resetting or restoring any network device or any recorder (DVR, HVR, AHD, NVR) will lose any settings and our set-up service fee will still be charged.
Please note we do not provide any form of physical installation service nor are we liable for any installation service.
We Dispatch all orders via Royal Mail or DPD. Each listing will specify which type of delivery option is available.
1st Class Royal Mail - takes 1-2 working days after dispatch
2nd Class Royal Mail - takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery - delivered next working day before 1 pm after dispatch
Please note that orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note that there are limitations to the service coverage areas for next day deliveries.
Postcodes that are not covered by the next day delivery service are as follows: KA27-28, AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH4-41, PH49-50, BT, HS, IV41-49, IV51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE, IM, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) and Republic of Ireland.
International deliveries - this will vary from country to country. Please bear in mind deliveries outside the EU will be subject to possible import taxes in your country. Additional charges for deliveries to different Islands/Regions of different countries may apply (i.e. Canary Islands, Tenerife, Madeira etc).

Expecting Delivery Time for New Purchases
Items ordered before 3 pm on a working day will be delivered on the next working day. Orders after 3 pm will be dispatched the next working day and will arrive 2 working days from the initial order date. Other brands such as LG, EDGE and Videotec have a delivery that will take 3 working days from order date if ordered before 3 pm. In the case of international delivery it can be significantly longer, please check delivery times before proceeding with payment.
