Under our Refund Policy, you have 14 days of receipt to cancel an order and return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund.
Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied(No Cutting cables, scratches, markings, wear and tear) . You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.
Faulty items If your item develops a fault please notify us If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery we will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to us for checking and verification of the fault. If the fault develops after 30 days but within the 1year warranty please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the our team for checking and verification of the fault.
DO NOT AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OPEN ANY ITEM, RECORDER, CAMERA (SCREWS). DO NOT REMOVE ANY SCREWS FROM ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THAT, IN ORDER TO GET THE ITEM BACK FOR AN INSPECTION, WHICH MAY RESULT IN A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Under the circumstances that product needed to be returned for any reason. If you lose the original package. You must pack the product well with bubble wrap and ensure products are well boxed. If there are multiple items needed to be returned, they needed to be wrapped by bubbles wraps separately. It is to ensure the collision doesn’t occur during delivery. If the returned product/s haven’t been return in good packaging condition. We might not be able to repair or refund the product.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods prior to an exchange or refund being completed. Please note that the inspection must be done by one of our technicians and may take up to 5 working days for the inspection + the refund to be completed.
When you send an item back to us for any reason we can only dispatch replacement / upgraded items upon receipt and testing of the items sent to us which can take up to 5 working days.We will only refund you up to a maximum of £7.00 for your return postage, (proof of postage is enough). If you wish to add additional insurance or expedited delivery this is at your own cost.
For simple advise and assistance our technical support team can provide that over the phone for free, however if we have to remotely access your system we charge £29.99 for this one time service. Please be aware that the setup service doesn’t form a lifetime support contract and is only for a one time setup. This includes configuring the devices on your network and guiding you through so you can view the cameras on your phone or other devices.
If you reset or restore any network device or any Recorder (DVR,HVR,AHD,NVR) the settings will be lost and our set-up service fee will still be charged.
Please note we do not provide any form of physical installation service nor are we liable for any installation service.
