Should your item develop a fault, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs. This is only after the original product has been returned to us, for inspection and verification of the fault. When the fault develops after 30 days but within the 1st year of warranty, please contact us via email or phone and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned. This only once our team has checked and verified the fault.
DO NOT AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OPEN ANY ITEM, RECORDER, CAMERA (SCREWS). DO NOT REMOVE ANY SCREWS FROM ANY OF THE PRODUCTS, OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. PLEASE CONTACT US IN ORDER TO GET THE ITEM BACK FOR AN INSPECTION, WHICH MAY RESULT IN A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
Products that are returned as faulty but have no manufacturing fault or a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded. The misuse of items can also lead to a void of warranty
Under the circumstances that product needed to be returned for any reason, you must keep the original packaging and in the condition you received the item. Should the original packaging be lost or damaged you must pack the product well with bubble wrap and ensure products are well boxed. If there are multiple items needed to be returned, they need to be bubble wrapped separately. It is to ensure the collision does not occur during delivery. If the returned product/s haven't been returned in sent with the correct packaging conditions. We may not refund the total value paid for the product and will result in a partial refund.
